About SellerRoute

SellerRoute is a software-as-a-service platform that provides tools for Amazon wholesale sellers, including RouteLink generation, marketplace and Merchant ID management, link management, click tracking, and analytics.

Information you provide

When you create and use a SellerRoute account, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Account information, including authentication details and account settings
• Amazon Merchant IDs that you enter
• The marketplaces you configure
• ASINs you submit when generating links
• The RouteLinks you create and their associated settings

Usage and technical information

As you use the service, we also process information generated by that use:

• RouteLink click activity, including click counts and timestamps
• Basic analytics derived from your links and account activity
• Technical and log information, such as error and request logs, where applicable

Service providers we use

SellerRoute relies on established third-party providers to operate. These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy terms:

• Authentication and database infrastructure is currently provided through Supabase.
• Payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe.
• Hosting and application infrastructure is currently provided through Vercel.

SellerRoute does not store full payment-card details. Card data is submitted to and handled by Stripe as our payment processor.

Cookies and sessions

SellerRoute uses necessary cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in and to make core application functionality work. These are required for authentication and normal operation of the service.

How we use information

Information is used to:

• Operate and deliver the service
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Provide link tracking and analytics features
• Improve the reliability, performance, and security of the platform
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data

SellerRoute does not sell your information to advertisers.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may contact SellerRoute to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Requests are handled subject to legal and operational requirements, including records we may need to retain for billing or security purposes.

Changes to this policy

SellerRoute may update this policy as the service develops. When we do, we will publish the revised policy with an updated effective date on this page.
